Refund Policy

All items are second hand, this means that they may have general ware, we will always disclose any major issues.

However if you receive your item and are unhappy we will gladly accept a return, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We will not be held accountable for the returned postage. Unless we've made a mistake.

When refunding / cancelling an item(s), we will deduct the fees we’ve paid as we are no longer getting refunded them. This will vary from 3-5% depending on your payment method.

Returned items will not receive the original shipping costs back in the refund.

Shipping policy

We aim to have items posted within 3 working days of placing your order. If for some reason this can't be done you will be contacted and offered a full refund.

All international orders will be send by tracked for post, signed where possible, if you require any insurance please do let us know as this may be extra costs.

We cannot be held responsible for any import duties / custom charges.

All U.K orders will be sent special delivery guaranteed by 1pm.
